javascript

Javascript is a scripting language which is used, among other things, to add interactivity to webpages.

Most web browsers [?] offer the option of turning javascript off. Although this can prevent unwanted events from occuring, it will most likely prove a hinderance to your internet browsing. Browsers now include security measures to prevent malacious scripts from causing problems.

Our advice is keep javascript enabled, but, as with any internet activity, try to only visit sites you trust, and keep away from the ones you don't.
