Should my computer already have
parental controls installed?

If you are operating Windows Vista or a recent version of Mac OS X, you will have parental controls already installed.

Find It On Mac OS X

• Click the Apple Menu (top left corner of the screen)
• Under the 'System' heading, find and click Parental Controls

Find It On Windows Vista

• Click Start
• In the Start Menu Search Box, type Parental Controls
• Press Enter

Other Systems or Versions

Use the operating system's search facility to check whether parental controls have been installed.
